I permanetly crack my neck and i have been feeling dizzy for over two years now

I play rugby and i once tackled someone and jarred my neck badly.I found it hard to move my neck for a bout 5 hours and i thought it had got all better. But i always feel like something is trapped or i have twisted something that needs to be released.i crack my neck several times an hour in a hope that watever it is will fix itself.I am very dizzy it is worse about an hour after i wake up and better towards the evening usually but it comes and gos.I get stars wenevr i do the smallest excersise which involves me going upside down and my eyes seem all confused.Can someone please tell me what the hell is wrong with me i have exams and they all going very badly becaus eof this HELP ME PLEASE.

Hello.

Please get an MRI of the Neck, as soon as possible, after consulting a Neurologist. Don't try to "fix" it yourself. Chances are that you may end up worsening it.
