Heart Attack After Stroke

Hello
Could someone PLZ help me sort this out? On Nov 24 My mom suffered a massive MCA right brain stroke. 5 Days latter we has a nasal feeding tube installed. She seemed to be getting stronger every day. Fri Nov 30 They moved mom into a rehab center for 2 days she was not doing well her left side is paralized Arm and Leg By mon 3rd she seemed to be doing better wed dec5 i was told that they were going to transport mom to a Dr, Office to she is she would do better with a peg feeding tube in the stomach so the loaded her into a wheel chair and we went off to the Dr office When He saw her he listened to her heart and looked at her stomach and said she needs to have this done when they got her back to the rehab they use this lift to put her in bed and the accentidly pulled the feeding to out they reinserted it she makes it through the night the next day Dec 6 i show up in the morning and told me that an xray showed the feeding tube was in her lung i told them to get it out for i understood the risks of fluid in the lungs and Fri morning they were going to install the peg tube The surgery went well and back to the rehab center again Sunday Dec 9th My dad and sister were visiting mom and my sister her leg was twitching and then she started to yelp in pain the nurses noticed her leg was swollen and said maybe it was from her sitting in a chair for three hours this was about 1pm my sister insisted that something was more wrong than that they said they would talk to her health care provider nurse to asess the problem by six pm they decided to take to a hospital and do some futher testing come to find out she suffered a heart attack so today mon dec 10 we show up at the hospital and they said they need to send her for a mri of her leg which means loading her up on a gurney and transporting her to another dr office we get the results back and she has a large clot in her hip by her groin they cannot operrate they say way to risky so they are givung her a blood thinner and pain medicine but thats about it also i noticed after transport she had a little blood where the cut for the tube all this transporting scares me so my question is what to do or expect from here she can communcate fine she is all her but her body is falling and ideas PLZ fill me in
