I stopped using my birth control in Oct and my period came on time at the end of October. the following week I had unprotected sex in which we used the pull out method (stupid) I know. My period didn't come on as it was scheduled and I took a test, but it showed negative. So I started taking my birth control again. a week after that my period came on heavy for 4 days and now it's been spotting light and brownish at the color. Could it be my body just readjusting to the pill again or is my body trying to tell me I'm pregnant?

It sounds like your body is just re-adjusting however it may not hurt to take another test.
