how much do you weigh and how tall are you?
this is a question for a gynecologist. i am a nutritionist and i can help you with the caloric end of things, but if you have a genuine cycle disturbance, you need to seek the attention of a gynecologist. check out the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" from the library and read into it. charting your basal body temperature and cervical fluid for a few cycles may help you figure out what your menstrual cycle is up to, and/or give your doctor a helpful baseline of information in case s/he needs to do further testing.
if you are concerned you may be pregnant, have your PCP take a blood test to confirm one way or another. the blood tests don't lie. also, if you think you may be pregnant, begin taking a multivitamin just in case. best case scenario, you aren't pregnant and you're just a bit healther for having the vitamins... worst case scenario you have a surprise pregnancy and your baby is healthy because you've gotten enough folid acid for those crucial first 12 weeks of spinal development.
