Penis Surgery

I have found out from a friend that there is some kind of  erection pump
That you can have put in surgically . Supposedly that surgery costs about $20,000.00 USD
I don’t know what the proper name for this device is but it basically does the same thing as Viagra
My question is :
Is the operation safe ?
Is there any maintenance involved with this device ?
What are the bad things or side effects
What is the proper name for this device .
Who does this types of operations , what kind of a doctor ( Cosmetic Surgeon ) ?

There are various penile prosthesis surgeries that are available through the services of a urologist.

In general, the surgery is quite routine and safe.  Bleeding and infection would be common complications.

Maintenance would depend on the type of device implanted.
