confused?! Warts?! Cysts? HPV?! Help.

Hello, I'm 19 yrs. Old, I usually develop a bump around the time of my period. It always occurs on my labia majora & it kills, if irritated. Usually the area becomes (noticeably) swollen and it seems to be under the skin.. I always practice safe sex and the times I didn't I was tesetd for H.I.V ect. and came back negative. BUT two years ago I had a pap smear that came back positive for mild cervical dysplasia. (I didn't get another pap smear done at the time because I'm terrified of results). I don't think it's HPV/Warts because I don't have the symptoms or so it seems and it doesn't seem like Herpese either. I hope it's a cyst but I'm unusre. Please Help me!! I'm terrified.

WELL THE ONLY WAY TO KNOW IS TO GO GET TESTED FOR IT...SO WHAT HAPPEN WITH THE ABNORMAL PAP DID U DO FOLLOW UPS ON THAT..

I plan on scheduling one when i go home for break...I hope for the best but I'm not sure.
