Dreams really say something about yourself whether you know it or not. Maybe there is something *new* happening in your lives? The dream symbol of a babyBabies and heat rashes Baby feeding patterns usually represents something *new*.

It could be that her body is stressed because of both of you thinking about it and that she has changed her meds so just in case go buy a home test to make sure. good luck and oh yah god would'nt give you something you could'nt handle.
I'm glad to see that you are not the drop and run kind of guy! That's great! .....
A lot of stress, change of medications, worrying about being pregnant or being excited about it can all cause you to be late sometimes. I would say if she doesn't start in a few days and you are that worried about it then maybe you should go have a blood test done, not just some home pregnancy test. Get the quant blood test and that will say how much hcg she has in her blood and that will be the true answer of whether or not she is in fact pregnant. Another thing, if she has been on BC then I would say there is a good chance she isn't pregnant, changing them wouldn't make her less protective unless she started them later and there was a big enough gap for her to get pregnant. Chances are, if she has been on BC for a while and it has helped then she should be safe still. If it's only been a day since her change in BC pills.
Good Luck!
Worst case she could take a month off the pills just to be safe then re-start them (talk to the doctor/nurse at her office on how that works) You would have to use other BC until the pills are back in her system.
Good Luck
Let us know how it goes, Ok.
