Dear doctor, first sorry for my bad english but i'm italian guy.So this is my trouble:last april i receveid unprocted oral sex (without condom) from 2 different prostitutes. After 4 mounth i was tested fo HIV virus and response was negative.I also went do dermatology doctor and he said i haven't any kind of STD disease.Watching on internet i saw that is also possible take Hepatitis B and C from uncoverd oral sex.So i'm litte bit scared.8 moths are past from the event and  i feel good. Also my doctor said me you don't need test for any kind of Hepatites because your risk of exposure was very law...Doctor,please what do you think about that? Can i be really sure?Do you think i have to do test? Thanks a lot!

I agree with your doctor.  Receiving oral sex is very, very low risk for acquiring STDs, including both hepatitis B and hepatitis C.  You do not need to be tested and to do so would be a waste of money.

As great as the internet is, there is also a lot of bad information out there as well.

Please do not worry.  You did not get hepatitis B or C from your exposure.  I hope this helps.  EWH
