Window Period For Syphilis Blood Testing

I have had out breaks of small, painless, oval shaped "bumps" that appear then subside. They range from just above my pubic hair line to about halfway to my belly button. I can feel a hard nodule under the skin. They leave a red mark where they once were and a slight reddidh rash. If I squeeze them hard a small amount of pus will come out. I was tested for several STDs last week and all negative exept for Chlamydia. I started researching various STD window periods and noticed the initial signs for Syphilis. These bumps / lumps do not look like any pictures of syphilis sores I have seen and they are not open sores. It was over 95 days since my last possible exposure ( with condom) and the bumps started about 3-4 weeks prior to the test. Is it posible that it could be syphilis and did not show up on the antibody test?

The symptoms don't suggest syphilis.  And the syphilis blood tests are very sensitive; they would not miss an active syphilis infection.  On top of that, syphilis is rare.  There are fewer than 10,000 new cases in the US every year.  Over 70% of those are in gay men and the rest occur in very limited heterosexual population groups, mostly in the southeast or near the Mexico border.

Your symptoms suggest a trivial problem without any serious health implications and certainly not any STD.  Folliculitis (hair follicle infection) is the best bet.  But stop trying to figure it out by online searching or online forums, including this one.  See a health care provider.
