So many problems

I am a 53 year old female with primary Sjogrens syndrome with transverse myolitis and spinal myoclonus.  I have had 4 bouts of t m and have lost the use of my legs and lower body with 2 of the bouts.  I have had numerous MRI"S. They tell me I don't have the lesions in my brain to constitute MS but I was wondering what are the chances of getting MS with the conditions that I have. I am walking with assistance right now but I am constantly in a state of feeling like I'm in quick drying cement, times with pain and times without.  Should I be looking for another underlying problem?  Will theses bouts of TM stop, I already have severe nerve damage from the previous bouts. I am just at my witts end with this, I am constantly off balance and my legs do give out on my every so often. Any help would be appreciated. I have been a patient at the U of M spine program and I'm always looking for help.

Good luck !
