I'm 4 weeks and 2 days today and I'm going in for my first OB appt and ultrasound I was just wondering what to expect.  Will I be able to see anything this early?   And I've had lots of cramping is that normal?  No bleeding just cramping......I had my first beta 12-13  is was 92.9  I had my second 12-15 it was 293....

Hello,

You are very early, too early to see anything on ultrasound (based on the hCG level).  I'm sure your ob will be able to answer the many questions you have.  Congratulations.

Best regards,

Dr. Downing
