Hi, I've been having like joint pain... I need some help... My elbow doesnt extend right and it hurts when i try to straighten it.. My wrist does the same thing.. My knees hurt to extend and move it. And my ankle kills me when im putting alot of pressure on it, when i sit for a long period of time and when i rotate it... This has been going on forever and I'd really like some answers.. Thanks
