It's reassuring you received cipro & zithromax, that would adequately cover GC & chlamydia.
If pyridium, the pain reliever for a UTI didn't help, it's reassuring that it's not something within the urinary tract since that medicine numbs up the entire tract. Doesn't sound like that's something that would be helpful to continue.
Skin openings usually heal within 10 days. If it still stings after that, see your doctor.
