Painful urination

On saturday, during sexual intercourse, I started having sharp stinging pains in the tip/opening of my penis. I was wearing a condom with spermicide. I urinated about an hour later and again had a sharp stinging pain in the tip of my penis. I didn't have any pain the morning before the incident during sex when urinating.
The pain continued till the next day so I went the doctor. My urinalysis came back clean, he visually inspected me and said it looked ok, then gave me 2 antibiotics(cipro and azithromicin) to cover chlamydia/Gonorrhea just in case.
Today I'm still having the same pain, not quite as intense but still painful, after taking the medicine. He gave me a pain reliver for UTI which doesnt seem to help. What else could it be? Irritation from the condom? How long will this pain last??

It's reassuring you received cipro & zithromax, that would adequately cover GC & chlamydia.
If pyridium, the pain reliever for a UTI didn't help, it's reassuring that it's not something within the urinary tract since that medicine numbs up the entire tract. Doesn't sound like that's something that would be helpful to continue.
Skin openings usually heal within 10 days. If it still stings after that, see your doctor.
