I have twitching that occurs in every muscle of my body.  It started about 9 months ago.  I also get random pains in my muscle it is very quick to go away but feels like a sudden ***** when it happens and my muscle are very ache all the time.   A month ago the outside of my hand started cramping up (the muscle just below my pinky finger) you can see the indentation and the same spot on my other hand started doing the same thing.  It seems worse when do not get enough sleep and better when I exercise.  I have had  an emg and blood work done by a neurologist just last week and everything came back normal.  It seems like I get tired easier and sometimes I find that I slur my words some.  Should I be concerned?
