Pregnant or Not pregnant

Hi i started to cramp and had bleeding on 26th Nov went and had a scan on 27th and was told i was 4mm and 4 weeks pregnant, went back to weeks latter and was told no fetal pole or yolk sac but i was 8mmx3x8mm. They said it was early pregnancy failure. So what i want to know is if this is the case why do i still feel pregnant and why has my sac grown 4mm in two weeks???
