Worried about iRBBB and Brugada

Hello:
I'm a 33 year old female. Three years ago I saw my doctor for what I thought were palpations and some lightheadedness. She did an EKG which showed an incomplete right bundle branch block. Referred to a cardiologist, who had me do an event monitor for 30 days (normal) and an echo. Echo showed mild/trace regurgitation in mitral and tricuspid valves. I'm being followed yearly/bi-yearly for the valve stuff. When I asked about the RBBB she said she was not worried about it, but no further explanation.
Two years ago I had an exercise stress test due to intermittent chest pain. Normal.
This year I had several episodes of near syncope while exercising. Had EKGs done at my primary care and cardiologist at that time. Cardiologist said it was probably low blood pressure or low blood sugar and to drink plenty of wather and eat a snack before workouts. I haven't had any more episodes like that in about six months.
The reason I'm now concerned is because my four year old son has had 5 episodes of syncope this year. He has been evaluated in the ER and by a cardiologist and neurologist. He has had three EKGs. One showed slightly elevated QT waves. Next one performed by pediatric cardiologist was normal. Had another one done in an urgent care facility within an hour of the loss of consciousness and it showed markers for partial RBBB. The urgent care doc called the peds cardiolgist and he said it sounded like a normal finding for a four year old. The EKG is sitting in their office waiting to be read. But meanwhile, I'm worrying about the possibility of Brugada Syndrome. It's something I worried about when they first found my IRBBB but I had put it out of my mind until this started happening to my son, especially with the IRBBB on his EKG last night.
The cardiologist and neurologist both previously diagnosed his syncope as neurocardiogenic syncope.
Can anyone put my mind at ease? THANKS

Would still love to hear any comments. I'm still waiting to hear from my own doctor about whether my EKG pattern is worrisome or not.
He did suggest that if this keeps happening we can consider doing a monitor, but the episodes are about 2-3 months apart, so it would probably be difficult to catch. I don't think he's ever had an echo. Not recently for sure. But he was premature and spent time in the NICU, and I don't know if they did any cardiac evaluation other than following his PDA closing.
