hormones and sickness

hi im 32 years a mother of two and stresses...my question is i have been off birth control for 8 months now and it seems like i get sick to my stoamch a few days after my period but dont throw up.its just so irratating....could it be hormones are post nasel drip are something wrong with my heart???i do suffer from anxity....

It started out just a little sick but now I get really sick. (slight fever, nauseated, sometimes vomit, can't sit up, headache etc.) I always end up missing 2 to 4 days of work every month and I can't figure out what is going on.
I too am on oral birth control. I have been for years.
