help me with my twitch plz.

my arm keeps twitching about 5 inches above my elbow. how do i make it go away? i dont take n e medicine. ive had it for about 5 days. i eat an oragne everyday for breakfast in themorning and an apple and some food for lunch an than i have dinner. i exersize alot do im healthy

Hi.

There is a possibility of a stretched muscle in your arm as a result of exercise. The twitching should go on its own in some days. You should try to relax the muscle as much as possible. You may continue your exercise schedule, but keep the arm muscles rested for a few days.

Also, consume fluids rich in electrolytes to enrich your body with sodium and potassium.
