Heart Problems caused by Geodon

My wife started taking Geodon about 5 Months ago.  During a check-up, they found a irregular heart beat and was referred to a cardiologist.  She has been prescribed heart medication and was told to discontinue taking Geodon.  Let me know if anyone has
experienced the same problem.  I would like to know if the damage is irreversible and
what is the treatment.

That kind of side effect is almost always reversible, and hopefully your wife will only be under cardiac treatment for a short time. The treatment is to treat the irregular heart beat, and let the heart heal itself.
