vision going fast

I do not know who to discuss this with as I have many other health issues, (heart/valves/strokes/pulm emb, Chronic Clusters). I have been on coumadin for 10 years now .  In the last year I have noticed a drastic vision change, got new glasses 8 months ago.  Now I can not seem to see out of them as my vision is getting even worse.  What kind of eye Doctor do I need to see for this?  Could this be from any of my meds./ the long term use of them?  This is really starting to scare me.  My eyes water all the time as they never did before.  I can't seem to see close up/far away.  I am always having to take my glasses off to adjust to whatever it is I may be doing at the time, sometimes for no reason at all I get a flash across my eyes, sometimes only one, other times both and it is dark for a very short time, then when I close my eyes for a few seconds I have little fuzzies looking like things floating.  What could be going on?  And once again, what type of eye Doctor should I approach with this?

You need to see a MD physician that specializes in the medical and surgical care of the eye. Training will be 4 years college, 4 years medical school, 1 year intership, 3 years residency and many have 1-2 more years of Fellowship. 12-14 years of training
