I thought to mention this: PCOS and Auto Immune Thyroid dysfunction have been linked. Google
Dr. Onno E. Janssen and Dr. Roland Gaertner for the PCOS/Thyroiditis connection.
I happen to have elevations in Testosterone, Dhea-S, Cholesterol and thyroid antibodies (Hashimoto's is the leading cause of Hypothyroidism.)
Currently, I am only on BCPs to regulate my menses and my thyroid is being monitored.
I simply thought this was worth mentioning given the higher prevelance of thyroid dysfunction amongst those with PCOS.

There are numerous symptoms. You would want to google hypothyroid or Hashimotos. And the other; hyperthyroid and Graves.
