Where to Start

by FJOHNONE, Dec 20, 2007 11:03PM
I have wheezing, crackling in my upper respiratory area. Diagnosed as bronchitis by GP and given antibiotics which didn't do much. I also am being treated for asthma and I have blockage in my sinus area which reminds me of sinusitis. As you can understand, it is a bit overwhelming.
My question is how should I proceed to treat? Does one of the above trigger the rest of the symptoms or do I attack them all, one by one?
Just need a point of departure.
