I have no idea what you have but i have the same thing but i also get it on the folds of my arms......i have had it now for 1 year an the doctors keep ignoring me and just prescribing creams that don't work!
I get it really bad on my face....but the funny thing is, sometimes when i go to sleep i have baby clear skin then i wake up in the morning and i'm all blotchie, weeping and rashie!
If anyone else has this problem please post me.....i'm hoping we could get a group together!

This could be an allergic reaction to some unknown substance or dermatitis or eczema or sweat dermatitis or sun rash.
You should try to keep the area dry - use a powder if required and apply a medicated sunscreen.
You need to wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products use a medicated sunscreen whenever you go out.
Apply calamine lotion at the site of the lesions and see if it helps. You could take some oral antihistamine medications like cetrizine or loratadine.
It would be advisable to consult a skin specialist for your symptoms and a proper clinical examination.
