hello ladies!

i am new to this site, ive only been on here a few times. i had wrote before about having two periods in one month, well one of them must have been implantation bleeding, because i have taken 2 pregnancy tests both POSITIVE!!! we werent really trying, but we are both excited! and im sure my daughter will be excited to have a little brother or sister!! she is 7 so there will be quite the age gap.  havent told the family yet, kind of wanted to wait until after i go to the dr, because two years ago had a misscarriage and was horrible to tell everyone.have a cute idea of telling my parents on christmas, i bought my mom a photo album that says "7 reasons i love being a grandma" and all the kids names engraved on it, thought about putting a piece of tape over the 7 and change it to an 8, what do you think? a nice christmas surprise! but i just had to share the good news with someone since ive been holding it in!! im going to have to tell people by the end of the month anyways its my bday and had plans to go out then and on new years! oh well at least they will have a DD!! thanks for reading..baby dust to all! :)

Congratulations!  That's so exciting.  My brother and I were 7 years apart.  For a long time he was the "big kid" and I was the "baby" I guess.  In our teenage years we really bonded a lot more.  But we had good times throughout!  My mom has always said it took her 7 years to forget how awful labor is and be willing to do it again.  haha
That's a neat idea about the photo album.  Your folks will be surprised.  What a great Christmas present!

aww that's so exciting!!! =) congrats to you! Me and my sister are 13 years apart!! and me and my brother are 15 years apart! My parents decided to start over when me and my older brother were teenagers! LOL. I guess they missed having little ones around. They are so much fun though even though we are so far apart in age. =) I hope you have a wonderful 9 months and enjoy every minute of it!! <3

well i have a brother who is 19 years older then me, then 3 sister who are 10,8,and 3 years older than me so we have the age gaps with us to! sucked when we were younger, but now we are all best friends!! tahnk you thank you i am so excited, only thing is the sickness, i have been so sick, no throwing up just feeling sick to my stomach and headaches..oh the joy of pregnancy!!

so are you guys trying or preggo to?

I am 15 wks 4d.  I think the nausea was letting up but I had to take a round of antibiotics for uti and it has been like I was 9 wks pregnant all over again!  Plus our toilet was messed up at work and they had to pump it yesterday.  I thought the smell was going to kill me!   haha   Thank goodness I took my last pill this morning!!!  :)
I'm discovering along the way that pregnancy has its moments.  I had a m/c 3 years ago and was  almost 9 wks, so I didn't get into all these interesting symptoms the first time.  But I keep reminding myself, it will all be worth it when we have our little ones!!  I guess really I haven't had too much to complain about so far.  Just the usually stuff that most people have.
My boss at work gave me such a nice gift today for Christmas.  He gave me baby-themed scrapbooking papers and stickers.  They are so cute.

We all post under alcohol and recreational drug because none of us think to scroll down for the appropriate subject! LOL! Don't worry about it.

Congratulations! I LOVE the idea for telling your mom.

I am 22wks 4 days with our first. I have 2 miscarriages this year, and was 5 weeks with the one and 10 weeks with the other. Never experienced any sickness with either, so I took it this time as a blessing! =) My nausea just went away about 3 or 4 weeks ago! It was terrible and also had throwing up almost everyday. I still get a little sick at certain things, but wow, I feel like a new person now that I am no longer throwing up!! =) Its a great sign though!! You'll be feeling better in no time. I wish you the best! Keep us updated!! =)
