I have also posted this in the women's health area
I have started seeing a beautiful lady, who incidentally has had a hysterectomy, and also has a high sex drive.
But I am curious what is an orgasm like for a woman after she has surgery? Can she have Orgasms? or is it all about a different sensation?
I know I could talk to her about it but she doesn't want to talk about it much and I don't want to bring up something that may not be important.

If she has her uterus out, it is possible for her to feel some change in feeling, but not likely .Some women have said that they feel the uterus contract during orgasm and that it feels different after the removal of the uterus.. But for most women, the nerves in the clitoris, the clitoral shaft and the nerve endings that come down the front of the entrance to the vagina and in the first third of the vagina are more than enough to give her a first class orgasm
It isn't usually the mechanical aspects of the uterus that interfere with sexual response for women. If they have had an overectomy,. then the hormonal system is changed and without effective hormone replacement that can interfere with sexual responsiveness. But if she has just had the uterus removed it probably isn't going to make any difference at all.
