Secondary Infertility

I am 35 years old Female. I was married in Jun 95. Exactly after after 11 months of my marriage I was blessed with a daughter. Ever since I nerve conceived again, despite all the tests of my husband and myself, are clear.
One thing I would mention here that After the birth of my daughter I was caught by "SARCOIDOSIS". My lungs in particular and nervous system in general was effected by this disorder. There are no lymph nodes or any kind of abnormality in the uterus or ovaries. I wish to have another baby. I have undergone a series of tests. My both tubes are ok. My hormones are ok. I have a problem with irregular menses (Plus munus 5 days each month.
Can somebody help me as how can I peruse my problem.
