What type of food for good memmory

first i want to see happy new year
I am 25yrs old
my probelem started befor 3 yrs as  decreas in memmory(all type imediat,resent and remot )which is sationary in course
I forget alot of things,with deficlty in remmember the names,events or telephones number
I hope you can help me because it affect my life
last thing what role of multy vitamens?

You might try some Co-enzyme Q-10. Bring the dose to 500 mg a day. Then get a test for DHEA levels. At your age I am reluctant to presribe supplements. A good multi vitamin every day helps. Also get your B-12 levels testes and take a B-12 with folic acid sublingual supplement.
