Chest Pain After Angioplasty

Hi,
My mother was diagnosed with a 90% blockage in her Circumflex Artery and she was treated with
single Cypher (Drug eluted) Stent. This procedure was done at 2nd November, 2007 i.e. 1.5 months
ago but after two weeks, my mom started feeling irregular hear beats and then after few days she
also started having chest pain just like angina before her angioplasty. We went to doctor and he
said he has re-adjusted the medicine and increased the nitrates and she will be fine but again
after a couple of days she started feeling the same. When given Glyceral Trinitrate she feels
better but still feels A-Fib. She is currently on Plavix with other medicines.
She is a diabetic but the well under control using medication (she is not using insulin), now the
important development is that from last 2-3 days when she has changed her routine of night meal
(now she takes her evening medicine before proper meal and then after 1 or 1.5 hours she takes her
meal alongwith her diabet medicine and then after 1 hour she takes rest of her medicine), she is
feeling well with no A-Fib and no chest pain.
