This also happens to me in school holidays. I always wake up at 11:00 in the morning which is very shocking for me. Please help me

The chances are you have an abnormal circardian rhythym. Do a google search. The good news is that often these rhythyms can be re-set by exposure to sunlight for 45 minutes every day between the hours of 5 A.M. and 9 A.M. Melatonin can also help. How and when to use it information is available on the internet. There are now sleep specialists your mom can take you to also, but check out the info on the circadian rythym and I think you will be able to help yourself.

I had this problem too and, with the help of a behavioural therapist, I began to realise that my fear of going to sleep was caused by a traumatising experience I had had when i was a very young child, involving anaesthetic.  I had come to associate falling asleep with being unconscious and a fear of dying.

I wonder if there is something like that troubling you?  You should talk to your parents or teacher about this as sleep disturbance can cause other medical conditions in later life.
