I have a question on something that is concerning me but that I hated to see the doctor for. I noticed some time ago that I had some black spots. Looked a lot like a blood blister's on my scrotom. At first it was only one or two. But I checked again and notced that there was probably 10 or so. they are small about the size of a match head and appear just under the skin. At first I thought that maybe my pants had just pinched me sometime but now I dont know. Anything youve seen before?

Yes, many people have dark spots "melasma" on their skin, and some on their scrotum, this is normal.

See a doctor since it sounds like it's grown in number and size

You would want to rule out melanoma, which would be unlikely.
