Pregnancy after stopping the pill in the middle of the pack

I stopped using the birth control pill in the middle of its pack.  I missed a few days and it was too late to catch up.  I am now on my 15th day off the pill.  about 5 days after the pill a started to bleed.  it was only for 1 day though..  The about 2 weeks later I got my period for about 2 hours and then stopped and didnt have anything. then a day after that I had spotting.  Could this be a sign of pregnancy?  what does this mean?

When we decided to try for a child I was so excited I stopped my bc pills in the middle of the cycle.  That screwed up my cycle pretty badly with bleeding in random places.  If you are in doubt, take HPT.

I have been having a lot of discharge too, what could be the cuase of this?  
Is there even a possibility of me being pregnant if I got my period for an hour or two...  it wasnt brown discharge it was deep red in color..  what are the possibilites??

If the two-hour bleeding was implantation your pregnancy test should pick it up.  Just take the test since guessing does not help.
