voiding problem

by yooper447, Dec 29, 2007 01:02PM
I had an RC/neobladder operation May 2007. I have not been able to void and self-cath 5 times a day. I have had biofeedback in order to relax the pelvic floor - that did not solve the problem. Now I am on Valium, but that is not working either. The doctors say I have a spastic urethral sphincter. Are there any medications and/or exercises that will help?
