Hi,

Hemorrhoids are swelling and inflammation of veins in the rectum and anus.

Anal skin tags are also called the sentinel tag. Anal fissures and fistula are associated with secondary changes, which may include a sentinel tag. The end of a fissure or fistula may contain granulation tissue that eventually forms a sentinel tag or the anal skin tag.

Hope this helps.
Good luck.
