Hashimotos and mononucloisis

by carisa, Dec 31, 2007 07:40PM
I have had hashimotos for 2 1/2 yrs now and am a 29 yr old female. I have had mono three times in the last 5 years. Only one time was a reactivation. I actually have it right now. I was wondering if anyone knows if having hashimoto's thyroiditis could cause me to keep getting mono. I am so  extremely tired and I am sick of it. My EBV Ab VCA, IgG is 2703
My EBV Nuclear Antigen Ab, IgG is 1131
My EBV Early Antigen Ab, IgG is 118

Im concerned because those numbers are really crazy high. I have had it now for over two months and I am still so tired. Is this normal? I'm supposed to be doing IVF toward the end of January, I would hate to have to put if off again, I was originally supposed to do it in Novemeber but put it off because of mono. Any advice/opinions? Thanks!!
