i need help

im 18 and i was late but i started it only last a couple of days and it was really lite and it was pink and slimmy i dont know what to do there was just little drops of blood not enough to really say i started i was stuck in bed last night i was is alot of pain and i felt sick to my stomach and had really bad cramps but there still was any more blood i need help ... ami pregnate or is something else wrong?

You should take a home pregnancy test. If negative, repeat it in one week.
