hello, i am a 25 female with two kids.i have routine gyne exams and ultrasounds due to chronis pains. exams always ok except small cysts sometimes that go away. about two months ago i woke up with bad lower back pain and spasms that go into my hips pelvis and legs. i never got hurt tho. doc said probably pulled a muscle but not getting better. also notices alot more gas and diareah latly. havent lost weight but actuially gained about 10 lbs mostly in my belly. have an appt to see gyne again to ask for ultrasound to be sure. does ultrasound usiallly detect ovarian cancer? i had one 6 months ago that was ok but with the recent pain and weight gain am pretty worried. thanks
