odd yeast infection

Hello everyone, here is a synopsis of what I'm dealing with. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.
1. I am 30 years of age, male and very healthy. I don't drink alcohol anymore.
2. In October I developed hemorrhoids due to constipation/abdominal pain. I believe that I know have an anal fissure which it very painful every time a stool passes. The fissure is bleeding and moreover my anus is burning. I believe this is from feces getting into the torn tissue. My problem continues because the burning is being felt simultaneously on my penis and I have developed a rash which my doctor said is a yeast infection. I am on clotrimazole cr tar with 1% hydro-cortisone. I am also using Fucidin 2% Fusidic Acid. That makes the rash go away but not the simultaneous burning experienced when I go the washroom/when stool passes the anal fissure. The only ointment I have been using for my rectal problem is an OTC hemorrhoid cream (Anusol).
4. My doctor believes the yeast infection is from a girl I had sex with but she has been checked and is clean. I believe the burning is from feces entering through the fissure but I don't understand how or why my penis is burning or how the yeast infection forms there??. I have tested to see what happens when I stop the hydro-cortisone and fucidin = the yeast infection comes back. The burning never goes away completely.
I am very frustrated and would appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you.

i talked to my ex and she was givin this antibotic cream for vagina infections i told my doctor and he has given me the same stuff you have been on fucidin i hope it works for me
if you have a rash get it tested make sure it is a yeast infection
