You need to get things in order one by one and with a lot of dedication towards yourself and your health.
You need to get a doctor's appointment - have him look at your throat and tongue - you need a course of antibiotics along with anti allergy medications.
You also need to take a healthy diet and drink plenty of water. Take vitamin and mineral supplements which may be the casue of the tongue lesions - most essentially a vitamin B complex preparation.
Also talk to him about the acid reflux, take some anti reflux medication for a few days. Sleep with your head end elevated and this should help. The reflux will also cause the cavities to aggravate.
Then you need to see a dentist, get the cavities filled and get the impacted teeth removed as these could cause poor dental hygiene and super added infection.
Hope this helps.

Good luck.
I did go to the doctor a while back and we did steroids then antibiotics and it really didn't help all that much. He also gave me flonaise(sp) and it worked okay. The problem with the cavities and impacted teeth is simply insurance. My wife gets great insurance in just a few weeks. Once we have that i'll get it taken care of... Just wanted to make sure there was no urgency.
Thanks again very much.
Well there's no urgency as such, just that you'll have to bear with the pain or take pain relief medication - OTC till then.
You can also take some OTC anti reflux medication which should help a lot.
Start the vitamin supplements so that you feel better and your symptoms start to subside.
It would be best to wait for the insurance before going to the dentist for a cavity filling and tooth extraction for the impacted tooth.

Good luck.
