F/U question

I recently submitted a question re: LV Hypertrophy and Diastolic Dysfunction and thank you for your response.

I would like to ask if a right side cardiac catherization might be in order a 'selective' left side catherization was done Nov 5 followed by an echocardiogram Dec 5?

My dyspnea is no better, I have developed what I call a dry cough (not bringing anything up), what began as hands and feet freezing, well, that internal coldness is moving up my arms and legs...I can't warm them up. propping up helps my breathing somewhat but then the pressure feels to build up in my neck. My visual acuity has diminished in the right eye more prominantly than the left.

Unfortunately I cnnot get into any of my doctors this week. ANy help is greatly appreciated.

If the echocardiogram showed normal right sided pressures and normal right heart function it is unlikely that a right heart cath would be of any value.
