stomach pain

by espalier, Jan 03, 2008 11:51AM
My father-in-law is in the middle of a workup for ALS at Johns Hopkins. His main complaint is abdominal pain that is only resolved by sitting down. He has tried a band across his belly for support to no avail. He says that it feels like he has "been doing hundreds of sit-ups" or "novacaine" in his belly.

Is there anything you can recommend for his stomach?
