Marfan and Aorta

Hi
My 17yr old son is currently being assessed for Marfan syndrome. He had an echo done with the following results. Aorta: Trans sinus 3.7cm, sinotibular jn 3.1cm, asc aorta 2.9cm, arch 2.0cm, desc thoracic 1.8cm. No valvular abnomalities
He is 195cm tall, weighs 65kg and has many indicators of Marfan. We have been told that these echo results may be "normal" for him but I'm worried about the ts 3.7cm as this appears to be large from what I've read. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks
