AS and IGA Nephropathy Treatment

I have recently been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondalitis and I have IGA Neprhopathy. My Nephrologist would prefer a non NSAID course of treatment so my Ruematologist (sp) wants to pursue treatment with Enbrel along with PT. Any thoughts? I am a 45 yr old caucassion male and have tested positive for the AS genetic marker and inflamation in my system. There is a family history of Chrones and other intestinal problems in the family.
