Could I have harmed myself when I was 13?

When I was 6, I was able to have orgasms. Is it normal to have dry orgasms at this age?

When I turned 13 and masturbated for the first time, I managed to orgasm and ejaculate WITHOUT an erection. I also had a full bladder. During orgasm, I ejaculated and urinated at the same time.   I did the most logical thing at the time, which was to contract my pc muscle as hard as I could to pervent urine from coming out.

My bladder was emptied and I ejaculated. Tthe whole process was somewhat painful. Afterwards, my ejaculations were painful. Every contraction of the PC muscle during ejaculation resulted in pain.

Since then I 've never masturbated to a full orgasm (for fear of pc muscle contracting and not letting go causing extreme pain !!) When i masturbate I would stop short of orgasm and I would still ejaculated and it would hurt throughout the contractions.

Later on when i got wet dreams, i never had an orgasm , just close to it and then ejaculation (also painful).

Due to this incident, I"ve developed OCD because I feared that I "damaged" myself so I ended up taking antidepressants (SSRI, Paxil) which now give me decreased sex drive and the inability to achieve orgasms.  Before when I masturbated, I would stop short and the feelings were intense. Now, the entire activity feels numb, and when I orgasm, it feelsl like that part of my brain is dead. I just feel the beginning of a weak climax and then stop. Ejaculation is back to normal fortunantly!

Now my question is, Do you think not being able to achieve full oragsm are sides to SSRI and that when I get off, i will slowly heal....or could I somehow have damaged myself when i was younger? The reason I feel this is the case is, why didnt I get full orgasm during wet dreams?  What woudl be reason for the painful ejaculations during the younger years?  Could what i have done in the past caused me to never get full orgasm again or is it most likely the meds??

Thank you for any input

Many antidepressants are known to cause sexual dysfunction

The fact that you have painless normal ejaculation now is reassuring

You may be able to get biofeedback & cognitive behavioral counseling to overcome the pattern of pc muscle contraction you learned as a child.  It's worth a try!  You can't have damaged yourself physically, but you set up a pattern of behavior and thinking that will take some work to overcome.
