we're all here to help! I've said this on other boards too but I want to tell you a great product that I found online that can really help you out. A velcro sling called the Face Caddy is great to relieve your pressure while allowing you to function normally. It goes around your head and helps you securely place heat and/or ice in your biggest problem areas. Give it a try and see if it works for you. Since you seem to just have started getting symptom, it could really help ease some pain.

Temporomandibular disorder sufferers present a variety of symptoms. In addition to your symptoms, patients may present supraorbital pain, temporal tension type headache, migraine without aura, tmj pain, occipital pain, neck and upper shoulder pain, as well as tooth sensitivity to chewing and temperature. Nose and eye symptom mainly comes from myofascial trigger pont of stenocleidomastoid muscle.Seeing a tmj specialist is advised.
