Bladder Biopsy and Pain

Let's start by giving the background information.  I had kidney stones in July/August; was diagnosed for them in middle August.  I have had blood in my urine since then.  Urologist wanted to do cystoscopy so one was done and he saw an inflammed area in my bladder which was causing the bleeding.  He then wanted to do a biopsy so I had a cystoscopy with biopsy done on Oct. 22, 2007.  I have had 3 bladder infections, been to the ER 4 times.  My bladder hurts in the area of the inflammation.  My question is how long before I am healed?  Also is it possible that there is a kidney stone in my bladder because I can feel something moving and is very painful, then I use the bathroom and have string bloody pieces from my bladder?  I personally think that the kidney stone is what cut the bladder wall and caused all this problem, but the DR doesn't think that is possible.  I was perfectly normal before the kidney stones.

The biopsy site should be healed by now. Not sure what the pain is from, but it sounds like you need a second opinion if your urologist has not been able to give you answers to date.
