T3/T4 therapy?

Dr. Lupo suggested that I may do better with T3/T4 therapy b/c of lingering thyroid symptoms even though TSH is finally normal. Not sure what this. Armour? Can someone help me again, please?
He also said the cortisol test isn't for adrenal fatigue, but adrenal insufficiency(SP?).
Also said that insulin resistance w/thyroid is more common. BLUGH!!! Getting REAL tired of all this!!!!
But hey, at least we have SUN SHINE today!!!!! =) First time in almost 2 months haven't woke up to rain but sun!!! YEAH!!!

I don't know anything about cortisol and adrenals... sorry!
Funny... it's been HOT here, and today I woke up to grey skies and the threat of rain. I LOVE that overcast weather... smells like rain, but never actually gets wet! :)
