Eye Spasms & Headaches

by stobes, Jan 08, 2008 09:19AM
Dear Doc,

I have recently been travelling through South America on an extended holiday of 10 months.
On my return and my restarting work (at a computer all day) I have development an eye spasm in my right eye.  I have also started getting headaches with last for most of the day and are not specific to one area.  I also believe my sleep patterns are being effected by this.  I am also lactose intolerant and over the silly season have had a fair share of chocolate and cheese.
What could be the cause of these eye spasms and headaches?  And what could I do to stop them?

Many thanks.
