I was diagnosed 4years ago being insulin resistant. I was prescribed diaformin to be taken twice daily with breakfast & dinner. I take 850mg as my dosage. At the time of being presribed this medication i was told i had to take them for the rest of my life.  Now my question is, different practioners say sometimes i'm  type 2 diabetic or pre diabetic. i've been told i have to watch my diet & need to take regulae exercise which i do. Is there anyone else in this same situation

Absolutely! life style change is the most important (wt loss if obese, eating healthy food, do regular exercise) I have just posted some. you can check on this web.

What is ur normal range of blood sugar? It is a diabetes if you are taking medication to control. Prediabetes is the blood glucose levels that are higher than normal but not yet high enough to be diagnosed as diabetes (110-125)
But if you are taking medication and you have lower range than it not a pre diabetes
