Weight loss standing at 40kg

i am 23 this yr and standing at the height of 1.63m and weigh only 40kg
I have been pregnant before about 2 yrs ago. my weight starts to lose when i start to work full-time as waitress before working i was at least 45kg. After pregnancy period sometimes i feel nausea, and now i have not had my period for 3 months already i have use the test kit but it comes out negative and i have this very dark brown discharge for about 2 weeks is that counted as period too?
I went to see my doc he gave me vita B complex for 1month for my weight loss but i have not told him about my period problems.. so i need help....

Have you sourced out a naturopath? It might be a good idea and they can tell you exactly what you need to do in a healthy way. The naturopath might suggest a cleanse first and change in your diet, which also might include a lot of vitamins. Just be persistant and search out the help you need. Good luck and let us know what you have done and how it is helping you.
