Cryotherapy

I had low grade cervical dysplasia and had cryotherapy about 4 weeks ago. My doctor told me not to have sex for 4 weeks. I just started having sex again and both times when I had an orgasm it was very painful. I am going to call my doctor but I wondered if anyone else had a similar thing happen. I am scared I won't go back to normal!!
